Names of customers, suppliers, and workers (e.g., karigars), Mobile phone numbers, Business-related information such as pending jobslips, WIP status, payment status, Technical logs (message IDs, timestamps, delivery results) generated by WhatsApp or our automation scripts.

To send WhatsApp or email notifications configured by you, To maintain logs of message delivery, failures, and system activity, To improve system reliability and identify operational issues.

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers required to operate the system (e.g., Google, Meta/WhatsApp) and authorized members of your organization.
