Offices ONN provides workflow and messaging automation services for businesses, primarily using Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, and the WhatsApp Business Cloud API. By using our service, you agree to the terms below.

1. Purpose of the service
Our tools help you send business messages such as WIP reminders, production follow-ups, and payment reminders to your contacts using WhatsApp and email.

2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you upload (names, numbers, jobslips, amounts, etc.). You are responsible for obtaining any required consent from your contacts before sending WhatsApp messages to them. You must respect opt-outs.

3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Offices ONN to send: Spam or abusive content, Illegal, fraudulent, or misleading messages, Content that violates WhatsApp, Meta, or applicable laws.

4. No guarantee
We aim to keep the automation reliable, but we do not guarantee that every message will be delivered or read, or that data will never be lost due to third-party dependencies.

5. Limitation of liability
Offices ONN operates on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business, arising from the use of this service.

6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
